1. Core operating principle: During ice production, the water pump evenly distributes water over the low‑temperature square ice moulds. The water gradually freezes on the mould surface to form solid cube ice.
2. Defrost/ice release: Once the ice is fully formed, the system heats the moulds via hot gas/hot water, causing the ice cubes to automatically release and drop into the storage bin.
3. Microcomputer fully automatic control: Ice‑making cycle, ice‑full shutdown, water‑shortage alarm, and fault self‑diagnosis – no manual supervision required.
4. Produces standard square or rectangular cubes, typically 22×22×22mm, crystal clear with sharp edges.
